    Water Temp: 79

Water Clarity: Muddy (0-2 foot visibility)

Report: On the water at 7 am. Low water level and murky water clarity topped w/algae. Started at the south end o the o limits bouy line and picked up three 13" to 15" ish right away split shotting plastics. Nothing or the next two hours until we ished the mid-lake rock piles. Wie and I picked up one more 14" bass each and then called it a day at 11 am as the air temp. start rising.
    City: Delhi

Tips: Caught our ish split shotting watermelon baby brush hogs and 4" curly tail motoroil worms. Be careul because o multiple unmarked submerged humps and rock piles. Enough algae loating to gum up the reels so we'll have to strip o the line and clean them beore we respool.

    Water Temp: 47 degrees

Water Clarity: Stained (2-4 foot visibility)

Report: Had to go out and try the new electronics. Got out about 11:00 and ished till dark. It drizzled a little bit and it was reaken cold. Only other boat on the lake pulled out at about noon. So I had the lake to mysel. Fished up in the ront o the lake and my partner lost two on a lizard. We moved to the back and I got a 2 pounder on a grub shallow. Got one more tap on the lizard but that was it. Moved to some rockpiles and picked up a 2 1/4 and a good 3 pounder on a crankbait ished shallow. I was amazed they slammed the crank in that cold water. Got dark and called it a day with a bitchen sunset.
    City: Madera

Tips: Fish slow and cover water till you get bit. Coldest water I ished this year and they still want a crank. Better ish were on the cranks and were generally shallow.

    Water Temp: 70

Water Clarity: Stained (2-4 foot visibility)

Report: Water is low w/only 35'-40' o water at the dam ace. Algae bloom in ull orce w/enough on surace that when your bait hits it SPLATTS!. Started at 7 am w/top water then switched to shallow & medium diving crank baits both shad & craw patterns w/no action. Started at the midlake islands. While I cranked my wie split shot worms & she boated a 10 incher at 7:30 using a green weenie w/chartruese tail. I inally switched to worming & missed a strike at 9 am. My wie then boated a 15 incher using a motoroil 4" curly tail worm at 10 am. We then moved to the north bank just west o the day use area & my wie boated another 11" dink again w/ the motoroil curly tail worm. Worked our way down to the dam & at 12:15 pm I inally split shot a 14 incher w/a green weenie. Finally boated one so we could go w/o me getting skunked.
    City: Delhi

Tips: The ew we caught came rom slowly dragging a split shot motoroil or green weenie worm & they came out o 10' to 20'. Maybe deeper water might produce better?

    Water Temp: warm

Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)

Report: Got out there just beore the sun went down, tied up to the tower. Started catching bass in the 2lbs + range on jumbo minnows. Some stupid punk ass bitch who wanted my spot to ish or trout began circling us and the bite turned o. I drive over 100 miles to ish my avorite lake. I that happens again I will starting shooting assholes with my wrist rocket. I hate arogant okies. I stayed tied to the tower or about 3 more hours just to piss him o. Began working brush hogs and spooks in the back west side. Lake is hella low and droping ast. I havent seen the lake this low since '93.
    City: Salinas

Tips: When you drive as ar as I do, only live minnows can ensure bites. I dont have to tell anyone that plasics work year round on this lake. Junebug/chartruse is my avorite.

    Water Temp: 85

Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)

Report: 7:30 PM started in the 5 mph area working between the islands & the no boats bouy line. Split shot smoke colored w/purple bloodline 4" curly tail zipper worm. Hooked a 5+ that wrapped around the tree it was hooked next to & broke o. Tried to work our way along this bouy line to the backside o the 5 mph area but the water has dropped to where the boat area is to shallow to get by. Worked our way back out & hooked what elt like the same 5+ near the same tree but this time she straightened out the hook. Worked around the other way & missed a couple more bites on the smoke zipper beore switching to a green weenie 4" straight tail. Boated 5 rom 12" to 17" in the next hour. Bite really slowed when it got dark so moved back to the southside ramp. Worked a black ruby brush hog to boat three more 15" then loaded up at midnight.
    City: Delhi

Tips: Shad or craw pattern worms along with brush hog ater dark. Pig n jig would probably be a good choice too.

    City: Clovis

Tips: They must have been eeding on crawish because the bite was really agresive and quite oten pounding it on the all.Brown 3/8 jig with Yamamoto twin tail trailer

Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)

Report: On the water by 7 am & started in the coves south o the dam. Buzz bait, spinner bait, spook, jerk baits, & diving cranks zero. Switched to 4" & 6" split shotted worms/leeches & ish on. All our ish ound in post spawn mode. nothing caught in less than 10' on deeper submerged point areas or break line o creek channels. Color o plastic did not seem to make a dierence you just had to work the worm slow or slower. By 9 am we headed into the 5 mph area on the East end. Again the ish were o away rom the banks near submerged structure or submerged humps w/brush & weeds. Again our pattern was slowly ished split shot plastics. Headed in by 1 pm. Boated 20+ ish w/only one under 14". Fish averaged 2 1/2 to 3 lbs w/big ish pushing 4 lbs..
    City: Delhi

Tips: Back o rom banks slowly ishing o shore structure, humps, trees/brush, & channel breaklines. Green weenies & oxblood worms. Shad colors produced but not as many.

Report: Caught a ew on reaction baits and plastics. No topwater what so ever. Morning bite not as good as it should o been. Alot o the ish would ollow right up to boat beore hitting or tuning away. Biggest almost 3#. Three weeks ago had the best day at Eastman in my lie. Lake was all to mysel ater I got out o school and only one small boat trailor in the parking lot besides my boat. Right o the bat caught around 15 2 to 5 pounds on reaction baits. As the sun went down I caught a pair o 6#,8#,9.5# and one pushing the 10# range. Got pictures o them all, then were released to be caught again another. I guess Eastman still has the ish you just have to hit it right.

    Water Temp: 70-75

Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)

Report: One o my best days in a long time. Caught alot o 16-21" but no keepers. Me and my buddy boated 20 total between 5:30am -2pm. Lots o action in the no wake zone in the shallows and near the dam bumping jigs and sluggo's. They will take any plastics though. The temp was about 90 degrees, and the ishing was just as hot.
    City: Fresno

Tips: Fsih the shallows slow, keep your shades on and watch the shallows or opportunities to spot ish. smill jigs with trailers and plastics work best.

    Water Temp: 62.5 to 64.1

Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)

Report: Several pounders were around the dock, like a school o Piranha. No wading! Arrived at 7AM water temp 62.5. Went to the North end behind the 5mph bouys. Ater about an hour o not even a smell on all sorts o plastics in the rocks and trees, decided to throw a crank. This is not a commerical or Bill Dance, but I was using a Suspending Fat Free Shad in the Threadin Shad color. Nothing complicated on how it was worked. They didn't want it ripped, stop and go, or paused or a count. Just throw it out and crank it in; walla, crankbait. 5:1-1 reel used. Caught 3 ootballs in the 2 pound range and one skinny gal about 4. The ish were in the cockel burrs, but had to stay back so as not to spook. They were skidish. All o the ish ate the bait almost as soon as I started moving it. I let at 11:30 and the water had warmed to 64.1
    City: Easton

Tips: Not a an o crankin' as it is not un ishing. Try any place that has cockle burrs on the bank. The steep banks, thus deeper banks produced better. Good luck
