Report: I hammered fish all day today with the banjo minnow. My partner caught'em with the walking worm. He ran out of walking worm hooks so he was forced to use the flying lure. He was not as succesfull with that bait.
City: p.hill, caTips: Keep plenty of walking worm hooks in your tackle box. you never know when your going to get on to a good walking worm bite.

Report: Joe the fish are biting. It is all about whether or not you have a clue what you are doing. Get out there and try. I could tell where and what they are biting on but next you would probably ask me to catch the fish for you.

Report: Started out the day fishing some laydowns by the dam. Second cast got a nice 3 pounder. around noon switched to fishing docks, and got 7 more in the one- two pound range.
City: cvTips: Caught everything on a 4 1/2 inch finnese worm
t-rigged brass and glass in natural colors.

Report: Got them steelhead on a jig and bobber rig. Biggest went 20.6 lbs. Then switched over to a helicopter lure and caught a yellow bass. The flyin lure didnt produce much besides a couple notherns. Then tried out the fly rod, threw a yellow humpie and nailed a 72 inch yellow tuna.

Report: Went to Lafayette on sunday and fished with my dad from 7:00-1:00 in a boat. Fished the boat rental area and got a few dinks. Headed out to L dock and casted right next to the dock and bam 2lb bass. Went over to where I caught it and saw three bass at least over 6lbs. Man this lake has some huge bass in it. After that we went to the other side of the dock and got a 3lb 9oz bass. And all the rest of the day my dad and I got dinks.
City: CVTips: We got all our bass on a 4" t-rigged brass n glass finese woorm in natural colors. Cast right next to a dock without weeds under it and just let it sink and fish it all the way back to where you are.

Report: Got a boat at about 1:00p.m. Fished all the docks and my dad and I got about 12 keeper bass with the biggest around two pounds. Got them on dropshot and splitshot with a finnese worm. MAn does this lake have some giant bass. There was probably three swimming around this one dock and they were all at leats 13 pounds.

Report: went trolling got a couple of trout. went for bass along weedlines saw a bunch but only one hit.
City: cvTips: Throw a brown and orange jig with a shortened skirt up along the tullies. If the bas wants it they will bite it for sure.

Report: dropped down my aqua view saw a hog just sitting there under the boat launch dock. dropped down everything i had but she wouldn't take anytihng. caught a couple of dinks along the tullies on senkos.
City: cvTips: fish weedlines and docks with senkos. If you get there when lafeyette opens try small poppers and other topwater. Blades also. Good luck and fishing.

Report: I took my two boys and we went to our favorite spot on the East Cove. After about two of hours of nothing, my oldest and I saw a large fish swimming near the dock. I thought it was a bass os I decided to bust out with a jig and a red yamamoto. After the second cast, I landed a 6 1/2 lb trout. Blown away. I thought it was a bass. Great day of fishing.

Report: My buddy and I got limits of trout in less than an hour. All on power bait and kastmasters. ALmost all five pounders. This lake is the awsome
Tips: Find where the trout are schooled up and throw kastmasters. You'll get them. Good luck
P.S If you want bass they are few and far between right now but drop shot all docks that have no thick weeds around them.

Report: Took the kids to Lafayette. Caught lots of bluegill. Tried to catch bass, but I got skunked. I tried everything, but nothing. They looked at the rapalas, but didn't bite.
