Water Temp: 60
Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)
Report: Started fishing aroound 7:30 a.m. Went around hitting points. Found a few but couldn't get them to bite. Around 1 p.m. caught 3 spots split-shotting. Biggest going 14 inches. My partner caught one largemouth on a jig around 15 inches. Went home about 3 p.m.
City: El SobranteTips: Look for calm areas with direct sunlight. Shady areas weren't producing at all or even showing fish. Good luck

Report: Took my grand daughter out for some fun fishing and we had a blast. The top water bite was hot and heavy. We cought alot of small fish and a few good ones. The water glassed over about 11:am and stayed that way the rest of the day. Very few people on the lake and that was great.
City: sonoraTips: Look for bait fish on or near deep drops. I chunked a 5" rapala in shad and one in gold and black.

Report: Took a two day trip- total for two days was about 35 fish to 2 lbs. No reaction bite- everything came on 1/8 oz. dartheads with 6" pro worms (color 64SPF) and Senkos. I lost my $85 8" Triple Trout in the Mocassin area.
City: Elk GroveTips: The fish seem to be feeding on presentations above, not below. I don't know the lake so we didn't did not get to dropshot any offshore structure.

Report: WOW! Started in Horseshoe with #16 Huddy 1st light this morning and scored 2 fish, bam bam, shaz-am! The 1st fish was 4.8 the second fish was 8.9. Points, points, points. Missed 2 more fish (thought I would leave somtin fur ya all). After the sun came out went to the main Lake fishing the submerged islands and never caught a fish on the Hud, but I did stick several pines and oaks. Hearing how tough it's been I tried and scored on the baby brush hog (water melon/ red flake) drop-shotting in 30' to 50' off the deep river bluffs on those islands. a few largys, but the bigger fish were the spots up to 2-1/2 pounbs. After pounding the main lake humps I traveled south of the Dam, still main lake/ski-cove entrance and spooned some more fish on a 3/4 oz hopkins. My best fish was a 3.5 largy. This lake is on FIRE!!
City: San JoseTips: After the sun comes up, watch that graph for bait!

They were not to deep i would say maybe 10-15 ft. Baby brush hogs in green pumpkin seed were doin it for us. left at about 2 pm. to many jackasses on the water.

Report: Fished for three days. Caught fish in a wide variety of sizes. (Yes, small ones too) It does not take much to get me excited. This was the second time I have fished here during the summer months. Nightcrawlers were doing there thing. We caught a ton of bluegill, over half were longer than 6". Also got several legal size bass and catfish. Yup, there was also a 4# LM that got away. Awsome trip.
City: San FranciscoTips: Bring sun screen, lots of water and hat. If you are using worms... KEEP THEM COOL and LIVELY!!

Report: Hit the lake on Sunday with the crowds. On the water around 10, waited 30mins for my turn to launch. We swam and fooled around until a wind came up at around 1pm...fished the mudlines (thank you wakeboarders) for fast action. 30 fish in about an hour and a half, mostly Aarons magic robos and flukes
City: BeniciaTips: The fish were suspending in 12 to 25ft under the mudlines. Look for banks that the wind blows into.

Water Temp: 57-58
Water Clarity: Muddy (0-2 foot visibility)
Report: Great day on water. Lots of small fish though. Weather was perfect at about 80 degrees by afternoon, mild wind. Morning bite for small fish was on but the bigger fish were harder to find all day. Most bites came on sharp, primary points with smaller rock on shores (not big chunks, small stuff) up the river arms in 30+ feet of water. Not much happening in the trees or closer to shore for me this day.
Started morning off with rip baits and got nothing. Then moved to senkos and jigs and got a few rats.
Did get a few fish on a spinnerbait in shallow water but the better fish were on a texas rigged robo fished deep or with a middle range crank bait over deeper water (30-40 feet-fish were suspended middle of water column in many cases). Steeps were better than flasts/coves. Used the drop shot but all fish were rats.
Had a hard time catching any fish in the coves or main lake in the southern end or dam areas. It was all about primary points and deep water for me up the western river arms. Best fish of the day was about 3.5 lbs on the robo.
Never seen so many trout/kokane jumping in my life though and wish I had a spinner or two in my boat at times. Like bricks falling out of the sky that day. Scared the heck out of me a few times when I wasn't looking.
City: San RafaelTips: Best colors for the deep fish were dark colors (purples and blacks). I actually had to have the bait moving or hopping a bit to get bit. Shallow fish hit a chartreuse SB with double gold blades. Crank was a chrome color.

Report: Fished glory hole and tuttle town area. Caught spots in 8ft out to 25ft. fish were grouped together. 100 yard stretches of nothing and several would come from the same spot. got them all on texas rigged candy colored 6" worm. Never felt a single bite. Just raised the rod and felt slow steady pressure. defineitely not a wide open bite for me but it was worth the trip. got about 10 with biggest about 2.5#
Tips: if you feel pressure on your line swing on it.dont wait for the tic or the tap I never felt one.
