Report: got in a bailey cove at 10AM, lake at ull pool and they are dumping at 31,000 CFS trying to keep up with the inlow, 6 inches o rain over Mon-Tues, water pouring in everywhere. water airly clear but you must watch or the debris which is esily seen today as there was only a 3mph wind out o the south, ran up the McCloud near Mahles creek again above hirz bay or 22 total with one over 3 and 3 over 2lbs on hula grubs mostly with a hal dozen on the MGM 6 inch eel in an aarons magic copy, 5 more on the Rainbow #99, Red mud banks that are reasonably lat produce well, most ish came out o the 11t range. Carp rolling all over the place and creating their own mudlines, did see one huge spot locked on a nest but let her alone, looks to go an easy 7lbs, lots o cruisers and things should get better ater the weekend rain with great weather orcast or next week. lots o olks out ishing but mostly trolling or trout, willows producing well or senko throwers, photgraphed a 4+ or a guy that caught it on a senko back in Ycotti in some brush. got out at 130pm.

    Water Temp: 52-54

Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)

Report: Been out ishing a number o evenings the last couple weeks, usually between 5;30-8pm. In the Sac. arm out o Bridge Bay. Using only spinnerbaits and crankbaits, getting a good bite over the 2-3 hours I am out. Fish are all keepers, and best is 2 lbs. Getting 4-6 ish an hour consistently at this time.
    City: Redding

Tips: Go slow, ish between the rain and being in the sun seems to help. I'm on secondary points inside coves, and a ew ish are back in coves. Throwing to the bank and using retrieve that gets the baits 8-12 eet deep, but I can still see them. Fish are coming up to get the baits. Ater this set o rain, I think the topwater bite will really take o.

Most ish averaged 1 to 1.5 lbs. The middle days produced nada in the O'Brien and Waters Gulch. BEWARE -- Returned to the Jones Valley public launch only to ind my truck broken into. Since you have to pay per day and there is nobody around, you have to put a slip in your windshield. The crooks then know when you'll be returning.

Had a good day, with approx. 25-30 ish, see you in the willows tomorrow.

Tips: There has to be water running in to the willows to ind these ish, really easy to catch with live bait, but I caught mine o Carolina rigged loating worms. Saw alot o 6-10 pound ish, hope they're there tomorrow and the laos people aren't.
