Water Temp: 51-52.5
Water Clarity: Stained (2-4 foot visibility)
Report: Out o Bridge Bay at 0900. Air temp 49, water temp 52. First stop was a cove on the Squaw. 3 quick ish drop shotting a 156 MGM in 20'. Down the bank throwing a 3/4 ton pickup and got two more bites, one in the boat. Back to the drop shot 156 and got the limit o 5 ish in 30 mins. Worked a cove with some willow trees in 5' to 10' o water. Texas rigged a 109 MGM or 2 more...a 15" and an 18". The 18" was 4 ingers o the board. No weight as the battery was dead or the scales.Up the Pit past the No Ski buoy and ran into a wall o muddy water. Turned around and stopped at Arbuckle Flat and graphed some ished. Dropped the 156 on them and 4 casts or 4 ish......but all only 12.5". Back down the Pit towards the bridge and hit another cove. Drop shotting the 156 in 20' o water got me a bunch more. 24 ish total. All out o less than 25' o water. Best 5 probably about 8#. Out at 1530. Air temp up to 56 but the clouds came in. Lots o 13-14" clones. No ish under 12.5".
City: ReddingTips: No pattern. Got them in the creek channel o coves; in willows in 5'o water; down rocky banks. Got ish at every stop. Watch the debris. Lots o little stu out there, but there are a ew that would rip the lower unit o. Be careul.

Water Clarity: Stained (2-4 foot visibility)
Report: Ater 400,000 casts I inally landed a trophy spot- 6 pounds 6 ounces!!! She is a beautiul ish, and is back in the lake or someone else to catch.I started out the day going up the Mccloud, and I planned on inishing at an area where I had a monster roll on my spook back in the all. The irst point put 4 in the boat, all 1.75's, nice spots. These were all caught on a brown/green jig. I went around to the next point and as I was letting my jig sit there- tick- so I set the hook and its a 2.5!! I started weighing the ish because I dont want to weigh em all the time and I am trying to get better at estimating their weight. These ish are atter than usual!!I kept up with the same pattern and put a ew more 2.2's in the boat. Then I switched over to the lizard, ishing it very slowly, and I managed another 2.5. In the last 3 trips I hadn't been able to get a spinnerbait ish, and with the rain really coming down I igured I would throw it until I caught one, since the rain outta bring some ish up.Well, I did this or about an hour with no takers. Finally I get to my big ish spot, and a 2.2 smallie just nails it and what a great ight that was. I move down a little urther and I was right where I had the monster roll on my spook, so I throw up in there, and the bait is hal way back to the boat and I am looking where I might cast next, and then Wham!!! Five minutes later, we are both tired and I had a hard time lipping her because my ingers were so cold!! She was 22.5 inches long and 18" girth, so I get my scale o the deck and.... its water logged %$**^. Its 4:15, and its pouring, and I am the only guy on the lake. I buzzed around to try and ind someone who might have a scale, and inally I ran into a guy who was heading into Packers, and he weighed her up or me.I will try to post the pictures on the orum. I have always heard this is a great time to catch the big spots, and I eel lucky to have gotten one. I just hope the next one happens sooner this time.Tim

Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)
Report: went to the deib dr this am and got cleared to get back to business, Bryce showed up at 2pm and o we went, in at Bridge Bay at 210pm, air temp 54, ran over into the dry ork inlet and we both got bit immediately, typical rubber band type pulldowns on anything we put in the water, bryce managed 4, i got two and we missed only about 20, gonna take me awhile to get back into the swing o things, at 4pm I was tired and it was getting cold so we went back in. Sure elt good to get back on the water ater the misery o the past 3 weeks, got tired quick but it was great. we got bit on the MGM 156,145,109, brown grubs on big ootbal heads, just anything that we threw in, I guess I could have used a dose o patience, I was trying to stick them to quick, lake up to 81 t which is a gain o 22 eet since the rain got started.

Water Clarity: Stained (2-4 foot visibility)
Report: Fished out o Bridge Bay rom irst light to noon. Tried a variety o tactics, but kept going back to the jig. Fish were relating to points and deep walls. Caught about 20 ish with best 5 going about 8.5# and a big ish at 2.4#. Caught ish in the lower Pit and Squaw creek arm. Fish were holding at 12-18 eet and wanted the jig worked slow. Would get 1-2 ish per point and that was it. Same o rock walls.

Report: Got out or a ew hours on Saturday am. Another beautiul sunrise on the water. A good sunrise is almost worth the trip. Out to the Dry Creek area. Spinnerbait, deep wee-r and shadrap, all working well. Had 11 in the boat, best 5 ish to about 8 lbs. Mostly smallies and spots, with 2 small salmon, one on spinnerbait, one on shadrap. Skinny, no-ight ish. One smallmouth came straight at the boat, jumping twice on the way, then dove to about 30 eet right below me, and came straight back up at me. Here I am reeling as ast as I can, raising my pole and laughing my butt o. He beat me, jumped and through the slack bait. Great ish!! Had another great day on the lake.
