Water Temp: ?
Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)
Report: Went up on sat. around 5:00 and ished until about 9:30. Didn't get much or about an hour or so in the north end. Caught one that went about 4 swimming a black jig along a weedline in about 10'. Around 7:00 the bite switched on hard, and I picked up 13 ish in about a hal hour, including a 5.1 and a 5.7 on consecutive casts. All bites came o o a single, massive weed bed. Threw a shad pattern popper the whole time. Best ive went 18+.
City: Rohnert ParkTips: Threw the popper to small pockets in the middle o the weeds and twitched it once or twice, then just let it sit there or 5 or 6 seconds. The last hal hour or so beore dark has been the most productive or me lately. Nothing new here, but the topwater bite is pretty good right now very early and just beore dark.

Report: Went our with Sonoma veteran Jimmy Mac to see i we could catch a ew hogs. Typical sonoma wind throughout the day but very hot in the out there. We threw a variety at them starting at 8:45 and staying till dark. 10 ish landed nothing o size. First ish not till 11:00 motoroil chartruse worm 1.4lbs (little did we know that would be the biggest one). 11:05 a dink same bait, 11:20 1.0 on a wht/char spinnerbait. 12:25 dink spinnerbait, same thing throughout the day. More ish came ron the north end than the south. We used Blades, Cranks, Splitshot, Dropshot, T-rig, jig, jerkbait, gave them a good chance to tell us what they wanted. Their answer was Chartruse and only the dinks were talking. Fish were caught around structure and o shore a little. Better luck next time, as always it was a heck o alot better that working!!!!

Water Temp: good question
Water Clarity: Stained (2-4 foot visibility)
Report: I went up to Sonoma with my dad or our annual ishing & camping trip together. The ishing was really good considering it was a holiday weekend and the crowds were out.The unny things is, just when ya think you've got a lake igured out, it throws you a curve. In this case it worked out in my avor. I irst got on the lake saturday morning around 8am and caught one ish deep on a 6" PBJ Zipper worm then another on a Rapala Risto Rap crankbait. That was it and I stopped or lunch. I didn't expect to ind any so I was happy. That evening I went over to where I caught the crankbait ish and ound 'em chewing white tandem spinnerbaits really well. I caught 6 to 2 lbs. Not bad beore the sun went down. I stuck around to wait or the night bite but never ound it and went to bed around midnight. The next morning I got out about 6:30 and promptly caught 5 keepers to 3 lbs all on the white blade. FUN!
City: Rohnert ParkTips: The ish were on the lats in Yorty creek around the island. They were anywhere where green vegetation was. Mostly the new sparse tule growth and always near a good dropo to deep water.

I think its all the location, iv ished this lake many times all in warm springs, and iv only caught like 7 ish out o here, pathetic. Can someone tell me i cherry is really better, or what im doin wrong, thanks.

Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)
Report: Stayed the weekend at a boat in site. The water was pretty clear so when the sun was up the ish were deeper. Fished the ace o the dam with 4" Senkos in grn/purple. Caught and released 3 10-12 inch smallies. Moved up to the arms and released a ew small largemouths. Lots o shad schools on surace being chased by small bass. Ater the sun went down and the moon came up started catching 2-4 lb bass in upper arm areas. Fished in 10-15 eet o water o rocky shorelines with submerged trees. Lots o small 7-8 inch Landlock salmon and trout caught as well. Used green Baby Brush Hog at night.
City: Rohnert ParkTips: Stay weedless and work the thick cover. Dark green and blue colors.

Water Temp: 74
Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)
Report: Fished our local club tourney this weekend and really enjoyed a great day. Both ishing and weather were antastic, sure beat the heck out o working. Started at the dam with spooks and speedtraps and got a couple o dinks, one was an inch shorter than the spook he hit. My backseater put a limit in the boat beore I had a keeper, he was ishing speedtraps and dropshot 4" worms. The wind was pretty high there so we went up the small arm to get out o the north wind and boy, was that a good move. Ater messing around the little island or a ew ish we headed up to the second "no-wake zone" to get away rom the skiers and jet-skis we ound a stretch o bank with a row o trees 30 eet away and about 20-35 eet deep. We started dropshoting between the bank and trees and it was "on". Every pass through we caught no less than 3 ish or 5 hours straight. We had "doubles" 3 dierent times and I had my biggest ish on my last cast o the day. I let my "non-boater" run the ront or a ew hours so I could soak in the great day ishing in the sun and catching ish without any o the stress that normally comes with ishing in a tournament. I can't remember when I've had such a relaxing day while ishing a tourney. Most ish were small, 12" to 3 pounds but a lot o un anyway. I took 4th and my partner took 2nd with 10.75. The winner had a 3 ish 11.5 pound bag with big ish o 6.3 lbs. A good ish on any lake. Got it "Spooking" or bass busting on shad in the middle o lake.
City: UkiahTips: Topwater beore the sun comes up and then get out them little bitty 4" worms with your avorite dropshot rog and have a blast.( Green pumpkin was a great color)

Report: Went looking or crappie today with my good riend Wes. Found a 3# bass on my irst cast.Lots o small bass 9" to 2# all over. Also ound some bass busting shad in the coves. We ended up with close to 70 crappie and 11 bass to 5 lbs. The big bass came on a ripbait. Fished rom 07:00 tp 11:30.
City: Santa RosaTips: Crappie and small bass suspended around 16' in 30' water at large cove entrances. Lots o smaller crappie ound between 8' and 16' in weeds. Barbless hooks are the way to go.

Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)
Report: Took the tube up to Yorty at 0500 this morning to try out a new rod and new plastics. On my second cast to a submerged stump I got hammered by a spawned-out emale that went 9.9 on the digital. This beats my previous Sonoma personal best by about 3.5 pounds so I was pretty stoked. Got her to hit a wacky-rigged mossy mud colored Dominator by Reaction Innovations. I think that these things just came out, but they outished the old-standby o Senko's today 2 to 1. Caught ive males in the 2-4 pound range guarding beds later on the Dominator and motoroil senkos. Best ive went 21.2 and was o the water by 1030 when the bite shut o. All ish were released to be caught again.
City: Rohnert ParkTips: Try out the Dominator. A guy at the Outdoor Pro Shop in R.P. turned me on to them, and rom what I saw today, the unky looking plastics work pretty good, plus they hold up a lot better than senkos. Fish early in the morning beore the sun hits the water, because when it does the bite shuts down.

Report: Fished Saturday rom 6 a.m. to 2 with a riend and caught several nice bass in the north end o the lake. Caught all my ish on a senkos ished slowly. My riend caught several smaller bass drop shotting a robo worm. Spoke with another angler who caught ive bass beore 7 a.m. on a white and chartreuse spinner bait. He said that once the sun hit the water, the bass quit biting.

Report: Fished Cherry Creek rom 7am to 1:30pm. pinpointing all the shallow lats. Saw 2 male bass on beds. Thru swim baits, senko's, zarra spook, drop shotted, spinnerbaits. Had one hit on the spinnerbait and one ollow-up on the swim bait. That big ull moon all night along with the eclipse had to eect those ish. The only bright spot was a couple o guys I saw hook and land about a 7lber on a spinnerbait and they released it too.
