Water Temp: ??
Water Clarity: Stained (2-4 foot visibility)
Report: There have to be a ew ish in this lake, because I saw them jump, but I ished everything in my tackle box and had nada to show or it. I tried crankbaits, jigs, Senkos, and a variety o other plastics, Texas rigged and Carolina rigged, all with the same result; 10 hours on the water without so much as a bite. I didn't see anyone else doing much better. Well, I guess that's not true: I did see a guy who nailed a ~6 lb. catish. But I ished the entire lake and didn't even see any bass.

Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)
Report: I went out on Monday, with no luck. I saw a ew trout being caught, that seemed to be along the Dam on Power Bait. About the piranha at Stevens Creek...that was caught like 6 yeras ago in the cove near the boat ramp, on a nightcrawler. To my knowledge that ish was killed, there hasn't been one since. I go out in my tube quite a bit, I'm not worried either. I did see a sturgeon caught about 5 years ago along the dam. It was caught on power bait, the guys were struggling to keep it alive, because I guess it was 3-4 inches short o the legal limit, they were waiting or a ranger to come. I'll be going out on Saturday morning, tight lines.

Water Clarity: Stained (2-4 foot visibility)
Report: See tips
City: AlvisoTips: When it starts getting dark around 7:30. The crappie ishingshould pick up. A water temp o 60-64 deg. I your rom shore, use your avorite mini-tube jig and inject it with crappie power bait. Use a pencil bobber about 36" above jig.Anything larger than 6 lb. test is too big. A ew good spots is the trees next to ace o dam, below the rangers house, and the power line at mouth o lake (i not silted in). Theres a ew other good spots or the crappie but a boat is needed i you want to be able to work the heavy structure. Shore access is ull o too much poison oak and overhanging tree branches.

Hooked my irst across rom the dock on the ar side, it was a minnow. ater that I headed over to the cove located directly to the right o the dock hooked a 1lb-7oz-er, he was hiding to the let o the allen tree.(good spot, have hooked one there eveytime!). Then I headed to the allen tree across rom the picnic area. Hooked another minnow there. (another reliable spot!) I then headed towards the submerged trees on the ar side o the lake and hooked a 1lb. that was the last victim. All ish caught on a grub rigged white/green Spinnerbait with an occasioanl squirt o Crawdaddy Smelly Jelly.goes great with tortilla chips!

Water Temp: 65+
Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)
Report: Water level was way down since the last time I was here, at least 3-6". In addition, the water was pretty clear when I arrived (~7:00AM).I started ishing with spinners... no luck. I was ishing with a riend, Cyrus, and he was using a rat-l-trap. I was ishing near the picnic area towards the narrow channel. I didn't land a ish until I rigged a 4" plastic worm, and it was a dink (maybe hal a pound).Cyrus also landed a dink, but he hiked pretty ar, and was ishing near the drainage pipe. Cyrus said he saw some hogs jumping out o the water 5+ pounders at least, but couldn't land any o them.Better luck next time I suppose..
City: San JoseTips: Go late or early, use spinners/rat-l-traps/plastic worms..
