      Water Temp: 52

Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)

Report: Fished Berryessa and found the bite to be slow. Found spots back in the coves and had 10 fish. The best was 5 for about 8.45lbs. Fished the narrows and I think the better fish are at the north end.
      City: Dixon

Tips: Try shacking in 15 to 25 feet of water. Watch your debth finder to locate fish. Fish are stacked when they are found. Also another good bet is a jig in the brown color, with a brown pork trailer. The spots are getting in the pre spawn mode, the bite should realy turn on for them shortley.

Report: Fished south delta from 10 to 4pm. Cranked a small one in the back of rock slough, then flipped a keeper near Cruiser Haven on a brush hog in shallow water with dead tullies. At 3pm I finally got a good fish (5lber) flipping same brush hog, this time it was in dark green tullies. The fish was very aggressive on attacking my bait. Cranked and bladed as much as flipped with not as much luck. Total
      City: Brentwood

Tips: Don't know, maybe flip jigs and large plastics in healthy tullies near spawning flats.

Report: Brandon Youngblood and I ish the West Coast tean event here on Saturday. We had our limit in 30 minutes ripping a Staycee Lucky Crat Minnow in the main body. Most ish are small however, so it took all day culling to get 12 pounds. The trick was to let your rip bait sit still or 3 to 5 seconds between rips. The tournament was won with iteen pounds. We needed just one big ish but didn't get it... We did have un a lot o un catching 20+ rip ish however... The rip bite will continue in the stormy weather we've been having. Next Tournament on the lake will be NewBass on March 12th. I guess we'll give that a try...
      City: Sacramento

Tips: Let your Rip bait sit still or 3 to 5 seconds.
