Water Temp: mid 50's
Water Clarity: Stained (2-4 foot visibility)
Report: Fishing was good using cranks at slack tide. Turner cut area, three triplets in the 4 - 5 lb category, on points in sloughs. Had to have tules, and/or wood of somekind. Was testing new electronics for Bottomline, so only fished for two hrs.
City: MilpitasTips: WARNING: Holland Marina was broken into on Sat. night, and my truck was hit on Sunday along with one other guy, parked in the lower lot(field side). The ironic thing is we both launched around 11-11:30 am. Came back at 5., and both trucks were parked next to each other. Busted my small window. They tore the other guys dash out, and got his wallet, stereo, and cd's. They only took launch money from me,and some cd's. Funny thing though, where they got the cash, there were 6or 7 cd's they didn't take. Guessd there not into Floyd or the moody blues. Anyone who may have left the water there on Sunday, and saw anything happening around the silver & black dodge truck or the white dodge truck, please contact the contra costa county sheriffs dept. Det.Ost? Thanks in advance, and keep those alarms on now at Holland till they get those guys. (If Ever) Tightlines Eddie

Report: Fished the Delta March 23 thru March 29. Saw the good, bad, and the ugly. Stayed at Russo's Marina on Frank's Tract. Too much wind to fish the Break or Sherman Island. Fished the old River, Little Mandeville, Discovery Bay etc. Had one 14 fish day. Cranking and spinner baits in the tules. Red rattle trap and white/white blades. Also had a two fish day on our last day. Wind was howling. Ed Slatter and Chuck Russo came in with a 10 lb and an 8 in their live well that same day. They ran south and found some warm water in the backs of coves at high tide. Pitching and flipping in 3-4 of water. They also had several 5s, 4s and 2&3s. Pretty discourageing to catch two fish and see a string like that come in. The barameter and the water temp was up and down like a yo yo while we were there.
City: Bend ORTips: Tips: If the bite is poor and the water is cold, find some warmer water! There are 10 and 8 pounders swimming around the docks at Russo's Marina!
