      Water Temp: 60's

Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)

Report: Fished the handicap dock at the dam at about 8am. I started out with top water and that didnt work. Went to the "go to bait" .....drop-shotting. Drop shotted in about 20 to 25 eet o water and caught 10 ish. I stopped ishing about about 1330hrs. I caught 7 smaller ish, 2 decent ones, and one about 3.5lbs. I used a 4" shad pattern kicker worm that I poured.....It seemed to do the trick.
      City: Fresno

Tips: I had my bait about 18 inches above my weight. Use any shad pattern bait; pre. my brand and wait or a tick or your rod tip to load up. Cant wait until they stock trout so that I can throw my "kicker-trout". Good luck!!!

      Water Temp: 62

Water Clarity: Stained (2-4 foot visibility)

Report: Good morning and late aternoon biting or bass along the three piers (now down to one), located in the south end o the lake. Best bass bites locate near the rocky cove, ar east end o the 3rd pier. Best trout bites 30 eet away rom the south end o the island, locating between the power boat low lane and the no boating area. Kind o dangerous ishing in this area, but great bites on the ishs. Best time to be out there is around 5:30am to 9:30am, and 3pm to 6pm. Fish will bite a bit i you have a camping light (propane lamp) hanging above the water. Throw a bit o scent materials down (I used a tablespoon o crab and shrimp paste mixed with oil), and this will attract the ish like crazy. Most o the catches were in the 10 to 14 inches, weighing anywhere rom 5 to 12 pounds. Still looking or a good spot...
      City: Azusa

Tips: Use nightcrawlers, anchovies, crickets, and bass scent or the plastic to get bass. Use nightcrawlers, meal worms, or anyworm or the matter o act, crickets, and large bees to get trouts..especially the crickets.

      Water Temp: 78

Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)

Report: This report is or anyone who is walking the bank here. Wow! Talk about hot weather!! The water is up and very clear now. We had a dropping pressure on us all morning long and we could'nt catch anything but those pesty dinky 6 to 10 inch bass! However, once the air pressure leveled o at 12:00 noon we were able to score on one good 3 lbs each between 12:00 and 1:00pm. You will ind (rom the bank) that the best place to ish is right at the edge o the weed beds which are clearly deined as a color change in dark green about 40 t. out rom shore.
      City: los angeles

Tips: With the VERY clear water here I opted or the lite line stu again. Given the chance o a big ish here, I should have used 6 lbs test instead o 4 lbs test. I broke o on the strike twice! Split shottin' small 4 inch worms worked best or us. The best bite o the day will be VERY early in the day until about 10:00am and then the last ew hours into dusk here at this time o the year. Just watch out or the hot, hot, hot sun! Whew!!! Straw hats with wide brims are a plus!! Best o luck!

      City: Los Angeles

Tips: LOTS OF WATER!!! AND INSECT REPELLANT!! It was about 94 deg. and there was bugs everywhere!! The arther down you walk the dam the less boaters there are to deal with. They are not too riendly either.

      Water Temp: 60

Water Clarity: Stained (2-4 foot visibility)

Report: Got to lake early about 7. I threw a small spinner and a craw tube most o the day and only have one bass ollowing the tube. I went into the tules and searched the area until a bunch o kayaking kids drove me out o there. I intensiied my search on the main lake close to Marmos. I threw a 3/8 oz white spinner with a single Colorado blade and varied the retrieve. I threw into the shadows and got a nice 3lb bass. That was the only one or the day. It was about 2pm when I got that one.
      City: Seaside

Tips: I threw the spinner looking or a reactive strike and got bit. I let it sink to the bottom then ripped it with the irst sweep o the rod. I slow rolled it back to the boat keeping it as deep as possible every now and then letting it rip. The large single colorado blade created huge vibration.

      Water Temp: 50

Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)

Report: Arrived on the Lake at 10:00. I threw 3/8 oz chartruse and white spinner but got nothing. I carolina rigged a blue swim in and still got nothing. I spoke to a ew guys who said the bass were in the weeds. They caught 6. Another guys in a blue tube boat hooked 6 but only landed 2. I rigged a craw colored tube and hit the weeds hard. I loated into the shallows and caught a nice 3+ pounder! I let the lake shortly ater I noticed my battery power down to zero.
      City: Seaside

Tips: The bass are going shallow since the water temps are rising and its nearing the spawn. I "skipped" casted the tube into the weeds and under the trees. This really worked last all also.
