      Water Clarity: Muddy (0-2 foot visibility)

      Report: Josh...let's start with trout. Light line 4lb. 18"-24" leader, sliding sinker and 10-12 egg hooks and power eggs (Chartreuse or white). Place a bobber on a swivel between your line guides. After the bobber settles down from taking out all the slack, any change i.e. like bumps or rises or falls take the bobber off the line and set the hook. Try and avoid the crowds around the docks etc. When I soak bait I stay in an area for a 1/2 hour, no hits move on.

      Report: 1st off,they don't stock smallies.Since this place has opened I have seem the decline of some real nice small mouth!If it is posted then it's realy not up to him.I have talked to the rangers and have been told that yes they do want you to release the bass.Especialy the smallies,if you like catching them then put them back to get bigger.This is the only urban lake I can think of that has smallies this big.

      Report: Mike, Yes fishing on the shore is pretty descent on this lake, I always go there for trout, they stock trout on that lake regularly, from 500lbs-1000lbs every week mostly every thursday or friday, before you go you might want to call this number (510) 795-4883 check when did they stock..

      Tips: Don't forget to bring MEPPS Black Fury (size 2) and Castmaster Silver and Blue 1/4 oz, Bait Rainbow berkeley powerbait and white power eggs, see you there this saturday..

      Report: Went out looking for smallies and nailed some trout on a splitshot. I think the fish were still doped up from the truck or something. Ended up with two nice smallies on a spider jig.

      Report: Well Boys caught my first tagged Largemouth at Quarry...5932. He was caught on a carolina rigged lizard.

      Report: Went fishin and got as wet as the fish. The rain never quit but I did get a nice smallie on a reaction bait, I tried for a while to get his mama but no luck.

      Report: Just wanted to get the pole wet,and I"ll look or a anxious bass beore i start wormin.nice 4.4 on a bloody spinnerbait and that was it.A bonus cast and nothin so i headed home,whats up with that dead waterlogged FOX in rainbow.yes i knoe its been there or weeks.Wonder how it killed over.

      Report: Head over to the local hole about9:30.3 year old daughter and mysel.We had a nice little hill against our backs so we were blocked rom the rigid breeze.A guy next to me using the neww p[ower worm pulled a nice 3#er and or me and my little ishin partner we nabbed two.a 1.5 and a 3/4 pounder on some orange power bait.THe bite is slow,theres potential.She hasn't got her own yet.that will be the day shes really hooked.

      Report: ONE GOOD THING ABOUT QUARRY LAKES NO MATTER WHAT TIME YOU GO THE FISH ARE ALWAYS THERE.started trolling around 8;30 AM CAUGHT 2 TROUT RAINBOWS AT 21FT THOMAS BUOYANTS.FRIEND TROLLED BY SAID USE MINNOW IMATATION ON TOP.USED MEGA BAIT 2"MINNOW, CAUGHT 5 NICE CLEAN BROOK TROUT.GOOD FIGHTERS ON LIGHT TACKLE.LAKE WATER STARTING TO RISE .NICE RELAXING DAY. ME AND MY KLAMATH 16FT DOUBLE JACK AND MK CO-PILOT. SET UP FOR FISHING EASE AND CONFORT.
