      Water Temp: dunno

Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)

Report: Fished 6th and 7th and had the lake to myself. Glass in the morning and puddling baitfish, trout and bass up the North Fork to Rat Bar. One 4-5 lb spot on the tube on Monday at 10 am. out deep she looked pre-spawn. Lots of fish in rocky flat areas free of newly sumerged grasses, but must have deep water adjacent. Keep moving until you get bit, the fish bit right away and usually we could get a few quick ones before we shut the school down. Drop shot worked well in grassy areas and had just a few follows on swim baits. Get out the lake is sooo nice right now.
      City: Citrus Heights

Tips: Fast, slow, senko, it all worked if you were fishing.

Report: Me and a buddy got in at 1/4 mile cove in the Float Tubes. managed 4 keepers on drop shot and senkos. the wind came in real bad around 5pm so we decided to bank it in a cove and wait it out.and what a good idea that was, the storm blew though in no time. after about 30 mins of rain we were fishing a flat as glass lake and ended up fishing near the house boat. managed 3 dinks there and another 4 keepers. fish seemd to be scatterd.
      City: Sacramento

Tips: try anything, its bound to work. but drop shot is a sure bet off secondary points.

Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)

Report: Fished 6:30 AM at dam w. topwater had no takers, caught 3 large mouth 1-1/2 to 2# on white spinnerbaits, moved to the right of the dam in the cove and picked up 2 more large mouth on Texas rigged sweet beaver. around 12:30 moved into first bay to right closest to launch and picked up 6 small mouths in about 15-20 feet water on watermelon pig & jig. Again 1 1/2-2# each. Around 2pm wind realy was howling so I switched over to Rapala shad rap baby bass color and worked a real windy wall. Picked of 2 more large mouth 2-3#. Just about to call it a day when I wacked a 7# Rainbow on the same lure. I sure hadn't expected that, sure tasted good. Catch and Release(Bass that is, eat those trout)
      City: san ramon

Tips: This was the first time I fished del valle as I had just sold my boat and had to rent a 12 foot aluminum. Had to rely on reading the area. Use a lure you have confidence in and keep the lines tight. Never know what you might catch!

Report: Got a nice 2 pounder LM bass along the rock ledge on the west side just south of the dam. The bass are in about 15 ft of water and taking my Texas rigged 5" watermelon hawg. The bite came around noon, but that was the only action I got between 9am and 1pm. I also tried drop shot, crankbaits, and jigs but no takers.
      City: San Leandro

Tips: Texas rig a 5" watermelon hawg along the rock ledges, deep in 15-20 ft of water.

      Water Temp: 69-72

Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)

Report: Still able to darthead a 10 lb. limit, but now I am getting a few spook fish every trip. Cool thing is they will eat it all day long. 4.5" robos are the darthead and dropshot baits and i have been throwing a RI Vixen in the flitter shad color.
      City: Roseville

Tips: Move around until you find the bait. It has been concentrated on rock points near trees. No rock = no fish so keep moving until you find the right area.

Report: My brother his friend and I rented an electric boat and trolled the lake a bit to check the lake out, it was my first visit. After getting no bites trolling Kastmasters and Rapalas we decided to fish the tules for bass. Right off the bat my brother caught a 3-4 lb channel on a mini spinner with a orange/chartruse power grub which broke off right at the boat as I was lipping it. Then I had a 6+ lb largemouth on a green and brown worm that did a series of tailwalking right at the boat before going under the boat and breaking off. I ending up catching 6 bass up to about 1 1/4lb and a 2-3 lb channel catfish. My brother caught 3 bass, all bass were caught on worms that had some green in them. All bites were very subtle at best, I set the hook on anything that felt "different". Sunday afternoon was a zoo with all the bank, bait fisherman by the marina.
      City: Montague

Tips: fish the tulies, stay in the shade during the day and fish deeper waters
