Water Temp: 65-68
Water Clarity: Stained (2-4 foot visibility)
Report: All in all not to bad a day considering the conidtions. I was able to catch 11 keepers with the best 5 going at 18lbs. 10oz. with a 6.2 kicker. I was hoping to do some sight fishing but with the lake dropping some 6'to 8' and the water warm and stained this made things real difficult. Most of the better fish I caught including the 6.2 were full of eggs. This left me scratching my head. I feel that most of the spawn is over but with the water dropping this puts the fish on edge, so maybe there is still a wave to spawn. I caught most of my fish in or around spawning areas mostly coves. no real pattern, I caught fish on senkos ( green pumpkin), drop shot baby brush hog ( watermelon/red) and pointer 100 ( baby bass). I tried spinnerbait, buzzbait, rattletrap with the best bite coming from the top three baits. I hope this helps out the bite should get better with the weather improving and if they stop letting water out. Good luck and remember catch, photo and release.
City: San JoseTips: I caught most of my fish from 2' to 4' of water but it seems like the most fish are out alittle deeper waiting for things to settle down. (ie. weather and dropping water). Concerntrate in or around back of coves and spawning areas there are still good fish back to be caught.

Water Temp: 63
Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)
Report: Fished from 7-12 in White and Dissapointment. Only caught 4: 20" 3.11; 21" 4.9; 2lb and 1.0. The two 20"+ look like bucks and for that length, thought they would be heavier. Nothing on Senkos.
Fish caught on Zipper, Spinnerbaits (won on SABP contest).
City: South San FranciscoTips: All four fish caught tight in tules. Tried dropshoting - zero and only small pecks on senkos.

Water Clarity: Muddy (0-2 foot visibility)
Report: The fishing is really good right now. I would bring Some Helicopter lures a few banjo minnows and a handful of flying lures in Junebug and have at it. The fish are all over. Good Luck
Tips: Heard Senkos, luckycraft pointers and jigs also might catch a fish as well. I would stick to the "seen on tv" lures personally.

Water Temp: 63-65
Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)
Report: This is a late report from wedesday, Jim Ryan and I went out at Granite Bay at 2:30pm and headed to the dam on the right side. Working from the dam to the right using a 4" green pumkin lizard split shot style catching 12-15 small bass untill we got to that fence. Most of the bass came in 15-20 ft. Moving in front of Beals Point in the trees using green senko at the base of the tree. Still finding small bass. Working some of the new flooded areas, still small fish. Leaving at 6:30pm a good afternoon on folsom with a good friend and a good lunch.
City: rocklinTips: Thanks Jim , fish slow and green/browns with some purples are good.

Water Temp: Mid 60's
Water Clarity: Stained (2-4 foot visibility)
Report: Fished Beaver, Hog, and Sycamore sloughs. 2 of us caught 7 keeper size and a bunch of small ones. Spent a lot of time dropshotting instead of tossing rat l traps & spinnerbaits. We probably caught over a dozen fish dropshotting in about 4-5 ft of water. The best one was 5.25 lbs (had to pull it out of sunken structure - great test for my 10lb line.). Best 5 around 13-14 lbs.
City: DixonTips: Used a Yamamoto 4 inch cuttail in red (009). Have to patient when you dropshot. Taught my buddy how to do it and he caught his first dropshot fish. Also, the crawdad colored rat l traps were working today.

Report: Took Greg Hultine from Nebraska out for a day on Folsom to show him around to our pond here. Ran down the south fork and started by dartheading a 4 lb. largey in trash pocket. Kept going on that bank and popped a fish every so often. Pulled up on an area i wanted to fish yesterday in the storm and couldn't and saw 5 or 6 fish just milling around. Greg tosses his stickbait up to one that appeared to be about a 4 lb. spot and she flashed at it. Caught a couple of smaller fish from this small area, but couldn't get this SIGHT fish to go. She obviously had a bed there as the more we kept harrassing her the more she stuck on this point. Moved out to the main body and caught some smaller fish in the trees, never saw a quality fish out there. The upcoming heat focasted for the next few days will really fire these fish up.
City: RosevilleTips: 4" finess worms and wacky Senkos were the ticket today.

Report: Got on the water at 5:45 am threw a lot of spinnerbaits early as well as suspending minnows. Got a lot of Dinks but no size. Later in the morning the winds died down and the lake was glass so I started looking for bedding bass. I was able to get a couple of decent size bedders. Wind started to blow at 11:30am or so and went back to reaction baits caught another on a white spinnerbait. I was off the lake by 1:00.

Report: I've managed to do surprisingly good in the last 4 or 5 days with the rain we've been getting. Fished last 3 days it rained and caught good solid fish each day, with each day producing bigger fish for me. Fish were holding deeper off of rock walls, 10-15 feet off the bank. Fished high tide at outgoing. Don't be afraid to try new things even if you think it may not work, top water surprised me in the driving rain. Try a few different techniques and apply the results to your situation to put together a pattern.
City: StocktonTips: Caught plenty fish on jigs and crankbaits. Dark Jigs and bright c-baits. Fish a little farther out every now and then and you may find the big bite you're lookin for.

Water Temp: 63-67
Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)
Report: Spent this weekend up at LOP, firt stop down at the club house revealed a number of beds around the boat docks and a big bed in front of the Golf Cart ramp. 2.5 pound buck gaurding that nest sucked a Senko in 1/2 second after it hit the water. Most beds were empty as I stopped at each park on the way to my house. There in our cove, I could also see empty beds out in the middle of the elodia grass, all through out the cove. Caught a few little bucks on the same Senko around the three docks. Then got out on the water and was amazed at the number of empty beds all over the cove. Ventured out to the bouy line where the Hydrilla was touching the surface and commenced ta whack em on Senkos, the 9L 021 (black/Blue) was the ticket. A few fish would hit the 222(Xmas Tree) and the 208(watermelon Red), but they couldn't lay off the 021. Purty good group of "post spawn" fish hangin in this weed bed, biggest went to about 3.5 pounds. Sunday morning got up and went out in the pouring down rain storm, fish were still there in those weed beds, only a LOT more active. Fished all around the south end along the bouys and in 3 hours caught over 60 bass and went through 8 bags of SENKOS (Thank God fer my sponorship!) I then venture further out into about 12-16 foot in the middle and began to bounce a texas rigged Yammy Kreature in 021 as well, I found the big girls. Caught seven fish between 6-8 pounds on that Kreature, all of them, were pre-spawners and full of eggs. Gotta just love the sight of those fat, clearwater, grass living, pure Northern strain bass, absolutely gorgeous fish, who prolly never see a SENKO!
City: OakleyTips: Seems all the smaller fish in that 1-4 pound range have already spawned and are hunkered in the taller hyrdrilla beds. The big girls have seem to be a little more preferential about moving up to spawn as they are out deeper in the middle of the lake, and still fat and full of eggs!
