Water Temp: 72
Water Clarity: Stained (2-4 foot visibility)
Report: Caught several bass in Potato Slough and the main channel of the San Joaquin River. The water was quite a bit clearer in many locations. Several dinks but 8-9 keepers including a 4 pounder. The fish were hitting brown/red jigs and sweet beavers in close. Also did well with crankbaits. The largest fish took a KVD square bill in sexy shad. That one was also tight to the tules. A just legal striper also wanted my lipless crank. All-in-all it was a good day to be on the water.
City: StocktonTips: I towed some folks in that were having engine problems. I lost a little fishing time but felt good about it anyway. I hope I'll be able to count on fellow fishermen if I break down in the future. Could happen to any of us.

Water Clarity: Muddy (0-2 foot visibility)
Report: Went to whiskey to fish from shore last night from 11:30 to 1:00. Caught a couple dinks, one small keeper and an 8.5, my second biggest ever, all on 6" green pumpkin senko with some flake. As the tide dropped it got harder to keep my bait clean.
City: holtTips: All the bites came after repeated casts to the same spot, and one to three feet from shore. I wouldn't have had enough patience if I had been fishing from a boat.

Report: Hello All, I went out on Sunday wiyh a friend and we had a ball! Lots of fish in the boat on soft platics. Nothing huge, everything from dinks to 2lbs, one stiper. we put in at Orwood and the bite was on all morning.
City: martinezTips: I am a little suprised at 'Myboatsfaster'?? I am embarrassed for him and anybody else that thinks like this!!! We should all help each other out there! Good job Riverrun and Bubba. I am sorry for people that run into to bass fisheman like ' myboatsfaster'. His name says it all!

Water Clarity: Muddy (0-2 foot visibility)
Report: Really!!!??? Just cause someone is fishing in a spot you want you get to wave them off cause your pre fishing? Its public water just like the ramp....if i get there first and am fishing i'm not gonna move because you want me to, i got here first go fish somewhere else then check back...if you get to the ramp first and pull out your boat then i have to wait and the proper thing to do is pull your boat out then go wipe it down somewhere else so other people can pull out. I know i probably started a sh.. storm but i quit being so damn selfish

Report: launched 8am paradise. nice morning. stayed local as motor needs tuning. worked moving water and tules. crankbait bite was decent and also worked dropshot in cuts. caught 7 keepers and many dinks. no brag today.
City: sacramentoTips: no tips today. but for myboatsfaster, anyone can see you are trying to get people riled up so just throttle back on the nonsense. it doesn't do anything but start a mess here. quit being a _disturber. and if you really do any of those things, you'll get yours.

Water Temp: 71
Water Clarity: Stained (2-4 foot visibility)
Report: Launched H&H 630am; caught a couple just past the barge in Little Connection. Decided to try territory we're not familiar with so headed to just east of Frank's Tract. Big tourney going on so tried to stay outta their way. Continued to hit sporadically on speed traps, red eye shad lipless in red craw. Most 1 to 2 lbs but brother did get a nice 3.5 lber on monster shad senko...this color pattern catches. While working a point, met a cool lady basser named Allison...gave way to her to let her work the point through. Not sure if the point produced but hope she placed. She was very cool.
City: folsomTips: Worked outside weedlines with senkos as the tide went lower.. during high tide early on, blazed the lipless across the weedline top at 45deg angle comin' away from the tules. Also worked ends of tule strips and cuts with 1/4oz lipless and followed with senko...seemed like lipless had em looking and the senko gave em something slow to grab.

Water Temp: 70-71
Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)
Report: Launched 7am B&W since New Hope is closed for maint. Great start, great day catching lots of 1-2lbers on craw colored cranks, (speedtrap and lipless) as well as senkos in monster shad. A couple 3-3.5s on the senkos.
City: folsomTips: Started with cranks over the weed tops and outside edges, then went to senkos just outside the weed edges.
Great day all the way to the end until at the boat ramp, a bassboat pulls behind us, my brother already on the way to get the truck and coming, and this guy wants to try and back down before my brother. He doesn't make it and my brother backs down. my brother hadn't seen him til he was already down the ramp so yeah, it was tight for 2 but he still came down. then he gives my brother "the look", and then his bud can't get his glittery Ranger on the trailer straight. If he hadn't been in such a hurry to trailer and cut my brother off, maybe it woulda been a better day for both of us. TIP: have some boat ramp manners. -
Water Clarity: Stained (2-4 foot visibility)
Report: Headed out of Lazy M Marina cloud cover and a few rain drops with a light wind.buddy nailed a 7.1 #er on old faithful 5" Senko # 234. several more sinks til the tide bottomed out. Left at noon keeper and 8-10 sinks. No topwater action for us.
City: SactoTips: Gary Yamamoto Bring back the Senko in #234

Water Clarity: Stained (2-4 foot visibility)
Report: Luanched from Ladds about 6:30 am this morning motored to 14 mile and caught a bunch of bass al under 1lb, Most were caught on a rebel Pop'r. Left 14 mile went into Windmill cove and zero, threw topwater, spinnerbaits(white with chartruese trailor)and senkos..headed up river to Duraflame and that was a wise decision.Boated 8 keepers to 3lbs and lost a larger one at the boat. Of the 10 keepers 8 were on the Rebel Popr' 2 on black and blue 5" senko wacky rigged. Back at the launch Ramp by 11am wanted to avoid the FTP mayhem at 1pm..
City: RiponTips: Top water bite is improving big...Be safe and slow at blind intersections!!

Water Temp: 78-80
Water Clarity: Stained (2-4 foot visibility)
Report: It's been a while since I posted on here, I haven't had internet in a while. Had a good day on the Delta last Friday. Launched the Allison out of B&W and motored out to Whiskey. It was nice to go top end on the main channel, but the bass trackers were everywhere making me have to slow down in the sloughs. Pulled in a 5-6lb in whiskey on my second cast using a custom poured creature on a shakey head. After a few more like that I headed up to the stockton boat club and pulled 8 more keepers. After that it was time to get off the water at noon.
City: DeltaTips: Have some fishing etiquette. If you are fishing and somebody in a bass boat that is pre-fishing a tournament comes up on you and waves you off a spot, move along and give them the spot (i'm trying to make some money). Also, stop giving guys who pull their boat out and wipe it down on the ramp a hard time. Those of us who have nice boats want to keep them looking nice. Just have some patience and wait a little bit to put your boat in the water. Come on guys a little etiquette goes a long way.

Water Temp: 80
Water Clarity: Stained (2-4 foot visibility)
Report: Left from B&W running down San Joaqin river past Prisoner Point turning into ski sloughs. Caught several small fish using red color lures such as crank baits and spinner baits along rocks and weed lines.. Big fish around 7lbs came from top water frog lure in watermelon color.
City: Rio VistaTips: Keep your head down and fish areas well. Hippy grass was where the fish were. Good luck!

Water Clarity: Muddy (0-2 foot visibility)
Report: Went out to the main channel and did some evening/night fishing. On the water about 6:00pm. Caught a bunch on small stripers and 1-2.5 lb bass off spook and gunfish. Lots of hits came on spinnerbait and crankbaits. My buddy caught a kicker bass at 6lb 6oz at 1:30 am. WOW! Fished rip rap banks and submerged weeds adjacent to rip rap. Lots and lots of shad and baitfish in the system. Off the water 2:00am.
City: StocktonTips: Fish deeper rip rap banks next to current. Weeds is a plus. Fish are keying on baitfish so use spinnerbaits and crankbaits and baitfish type lures. Water is muddy and lots of algae so use chartreuse colored baits.

Water Temp: 71-72
Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)
Report: Launched New Hope 715am; headed straight to Sycamore area, island just before it. Picked up several barely keepers, 1 and 2 lbers on downsized shallow crank in red craw (rick clunn rc2) which i had to use spinning gear, and 1/4 oz red eye shad in red craw w/chartr belly. picked up a few more along the wall and tules with junebug senko. ran up to mokulemne to fish the tules and picked up more 1 and 2lbers with the shallow cranks and senkos...junebug senko brought in a 2.9 which was best for the day. nothing real sizeable. also threw spro frog (green/white belly) and had 6-7 blowups and only 1 took it down.. 1.5lber.
City: folsomTips: we worked the cranks at diagonal from tules out crossing the weedlines. hits came between tules and inside weedline or just as it passed over and just past the outside of the weedline. senko hits came inside the weedline or just outside as it dropped after dragging it across the top.
please post your reports without the smack talk. thanx.

Water Clarity: Stained (2-4 foot visibility)
Report: Way to go MF Kenny, Your report was so obnoxious you actually managed to shut down the reports page. Just keep your illiterate thoughts to yourself. I think we will be just fine without that huge steamer you submited as a fishing report.
I launched out of New Hope and headed down the moke at low tide. I was suprised how clear the water was and as I move back in Hog, it cleared even more. It was a cool to see the holes in the hydrilla way in the back. I threw a whith 3/8 oz chatterbait with a 3" lake fork shad swimbait as a trailer. Tons of fish in the 1-2 pound class in the holes. No takers on the frog but a couple blow ups. I moved to the main Moke and started to really catch them on the chatterbait. Started to find fish on the frog as the tide came in but nothing big. Topwater bite didnt really happen at dusk but a pretty good day overall.
City: West SacramentoTips: 3/8 oz chatter in white with 3" shad lake fork trailer where you find current. Ish fat frog in Da Man worked pretty well. I think the big ones are deeper but in the same areas with current. Good luck. Submit reports not garbage.

Report: Thank you Fresnobassman for your tip on using shrink tubing to rig Senkos. I think this is a great idea to prevent Texas rigged and wacky hooked Senkos from breaking. I will definitely try this the next time I go fishing. I will also add that shrink tubing comes several colors so you can try to match it to the Senko. The innovativeness of fisherman always amazes me. I also appreciate your willingness to take your time and share this idea with many other fishermen. Personally, I also enjoy helping or sharing information with fisherman out on the water or at the dock.
