    Tips: I personally doubt the ramp is open but I don't get down to the South Bay very often.

    Report: Got there early cold and cloudy, went to south end and picked up a few on top water zara spook each about two pounds. Headed to north end and got about a six #er on a texas rigged watermelon brush hog. Pick up one more on a rip bait about 4 #s. Off the lake at 11.

    Report: got to the lake about 6:30 walked the bank while throwin a jig caught 1 about 3 pounds(released)the went and walked the dam stuck a nice one but came unbuttoned.Not a single bite after that

    Report: UPDATE... Water is still below the launch ramp. CDF&G stocked 1,200 lbs. of rainbow at the ramp on March 12th. As a result, the bass bite is picking-up. Next rainbow plants scheduled for week of 3/26, 4/2, and 4/9. Lake still closed to powerboats. Non-powered hand-launches are OK.

    Report: Fished Tuesday late afternoon for 2 hours before gate closed. Water still semi muddy and cold! Two small bass walking the bank...need more water and a trout plant. Site fishing for bed fish may be tuff this year (next 4 weeks); most flats are out of water right now. Beds may possibly be deeper this year(6-10 ft). Just one man's opinion!

    Report: Fished from an inblatable boat from 7am to 3pm. Trees on the south side completely out of the water. Water is very muddy and ice cold. Did not have any bites. Tried everything in my box. Talked to 4 other guys during the day, they had no bites either.

    Report: Coyote Lake is down to 7100 acre feet, and the launch ramp is closed due to low water levels. Shore fishing is very slow due to water clarity.
