Water Temp: 70 isah
Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)
Report: Started out with jigs and darts. No contact, later on found out water did not start being drawn until I left early. Weighted senkos did not get it on, went back to darts, orange color got two 3 pounders right away. Wtaer skiers tore up the area, no more bites. Decided to call it a day because of high pressure system and lack of current.
City: sactoTips: Every dayt can be different. Get a heads up on the weather and check with water resourc3es for draw down times. No one gets thems all the time. Good luck, jimbo

Water Temp: 70 ish
Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)
Report: Tossed spook early, no takers. Wind had changed from wed. Day felt unsettled from previous day, fish knew it and changed their feeding regime. Senkos did not fall properly, went to darts and jigs on protected structure that always has fish present. Largest was 3.5 spot, rest were 2 pounders with a couple of threes.
City: sactoTips: Weather changes day to day and folsom can be a hard one. If things are not the same as the day before, go to a second game plan with conditons.
Totally different bag today. Good fishing, jimbo

Water Temp: 61-65
Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)
Report: This is the Folsom report page, but since there is not a NATOMA page I'll give you guys a heads up here. After fishing the Frog deal this weekend, I had to go prove to myself that I knew what a good Bass looked like. Out this morning at about 9 AM at the Nimbus launch and found two quick keeper Largemouths on a spinnerbait. After a little while I picked up a 1/2 oz. brown jig w/ a Yammy Cinnamon trailer and put a keeper Smally and a 3.75 Largemouth. Down a little further to a spot that has held so many big fish over the years for me and "BAM" a 5.25 lb. Mule (Spot/Smally hybrid) on the same spinnerbait. Had a few other jig bites, but things really slowed down when the water stopped moving. Best 5 for about 15 lbs. Off by 1:30
City: RosevilleTips: Natoma has a "tide" like the Delta that bottoms out everyday around 10 AM and crests every night about 11 PM. When the water is moving the fish get real active and look to feed on the over abundance of crawdads in this lake. Spinnerbaits and jigs work well this time of year around any piece of wood along the bank. This is a 5 MPH lake and you cannot run your gas motor below Willow Creek, so if you launch at the Nimbus Dam launch, it is electric up to the middle of the lake. Launch at Negro Bar and it is 5 MPH down to Willow Creek. Keep on plugging, you may only get 5-8 bites, but they will all be good fish.

Water Temp: 84-86
Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)
Report: Took the GF out for a morning of fishing at Folsom. First time out on Folsom. Launched out of Granite Bay at 6:30am and headed up the North Fork Arm. Started out on some rocky banks and points catching 1 dink on a dartheaded roboworm. Then had trolling motor problems. After we figured out how to get it going again, we headed up further and tried to fish trees. Had 2 good size fish, 2 pound healthy guys. 1 Largemouth and 1 smallie/spot hybrid (it was bronze with spot like features on top) 1 on a wacky senko and the other on a dartheaded MM Robo. Threw a spook out on an island and had a fish blast it 2 feet into the air, but, no hookup :( Had several other followers and swirls, but, they weren't commiting. Quiet for the rest of the day. Got off the water around 11:30am. The topwater is definitely there, we just didn't throw it enough.
City: San JoseTips: Could use some. Tried to read through the Folsom reports and only really picked up the tree tip. Anyhow, thought I'd report and help out. Dartheaded MMIII robos.

Water Temp: hot
Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)
Report: I had an interesting day. First 4 fish of the day on the jig weighed 40+. It sucks that they were all catfish. 2 in the 5 to 6 pound range, one 14 and one that bottomed out a 15lb spring scale. All of the fish were on the same flat in 3-10 feet of water. Finally got my first bass when I went deep. Got 20 or so the rest of the day keying on offshore drop offs and rock piles. Top 5 were arround 14-15, not including the wisker fish. Hey Capt. Kev, How many non fishing reports have you submitted in the lately? Enough said, Practice what you preach.
Tips: "REPORT SUBMISSION RULES: Simply, let's keep it about fishing and reports of your day on the water." And reports of your day on the water. So if you are fishing and something else happens shouldn't it fall under the rules of the forum, such as to much boat traffic or unsafe conditions. The guy "Capt. Kev" that posts to complain about other peoples posts are violating the rules, not the guys that are adding details about their trip that are part of their experience on the lake. Take the and out of between fishing and reports then you are right Capt. Kev, but like you said, if you don't like it get the rules changed. My email is still the same if you would like to contact me. See you this winter Scott. FBL rules.
