      Water Temp: belwo 65

Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)

Report: Fished the whole lake and ound many good bassin spots. Fished the coves, but most o the bass seemed to hit o o points. The numerous deadheads provided good action on the 2# bass range. Was looking or the hog all day, but never got one over 2.5 #. My buddy had a seven+ # on but lost it at the boat. Though the weather was tough and the water colder than we thought the water stayed gin and the ishing wasn't bad. At night went out or the lunker cats lurking in the res., but only got one skwa ish to bit the blood power nugs.
      City: Bayside

Tips: Caught ish on everything but top-water. Had my best luck on white spinner baits with live ire tailed newt trailers. The bass can't get enough o these sot bodied tasty creatures. The trick is knowing where to id them. This bait is guaraunteed a bass i thrown i the right cover. Also caught ish on ten inch power worms, jigs with pork trailers, and various other baits.

Color o worms really didn't make a dierence.I caught ish, on purple ghost, cherry red, baby bass, and bluegill gitzits. Good Luck!

Report: Me and a riend ound a solid bite on Sonoma. Got alot o small to medium ish on blades, some larger ones on lukes, 1 on a buzz, and a couple lipping. Largest was around 4lbs on a lipped zipper worm. We had a good number o ish in the 2-3lb class in the evening. Had ALOT o big 4-6lb ish chasing our lukes in a "secret" area in the evening, but none would take. Also had a 10+lber chase my bud's buzz all the way to the boat....he was shaking ater that! All together we hooked around 35, landed only 25 o them, and missed a bunch. Sonoma never lets me down in the spring!!
      City: San Mateo

Tips: Throw blades the whole day or numbers o ish. Throw lukes or any sot jerkbait early/late or both size and numbers. During the day, try shaking worms on deep brushpiles--the ew times I did it I got bit, but I opted to toss blades instead.

Report: Kevin & I started ishing at 5:00 a.m. the north main arm just pass the no ski markers. Tried a topwater plug with no luck. Kevin hooked his third ish on a black lizard! I changed over to a black worm and started to play catch up. Landed a nice 3lb 7oz bass! The ishing was hot until about 7am or 730am when the bite just shut down. We moved to the Yorty Creek area and got just a couple bites. moved to main arm and caugt one shaker! Finished at 10:30 a.m. Kevin had a nice ish on, but due to an overtight drag, the ish won the battle and took his purple worm! Sounds amiliar to our last trip when I did the same thing!
      City: Windsor

Tips: Start just beore sunrise on the north bank. Dark colored lizards and worms did the trick or us.
