Then about 11 things turned a round when I caught an 8.33 lb largemouth on a zipper worm! Followed up with one more 15 inch keeper. Best bag or the tourney was 12.35 or 5 ish, was another with 12+ and one with 10.3, My partner and I were 4th with 10.13 and the big ish prize. Hesometimes it's better to be lucky than good! Winners caught their ish on spinnerbaits and grubs. tips: Topwater bite was disappointing, stick with bottom type lures like jigs and worms. Night time is the best ticket right now.
