Water Clarity: Muddy (0-2 foot visibility)

Report: Fished the north ork out o Granite Bay at irst light (5:30am). The wind was so bad that I had to head or cover in some coves and behind islands. The ish must have been spooked since i got a lot o short bites on 4" plastics and only hooked and landed one 2# large mouth on a Junebug II. I tried Pop-R's, Crank bait and everything in my box with no luck. The water was pretty murkey? At any rate I had a blast, sure beats being in the oice wearing a tie!
      City: Folsom

Tips: When all else ails throw 4" plastics and keep switching colors until you ind one that seems to work. I didn't even get a bite until I switched to the Junebug and then I started to get some short bites... Good luck and have un!

Report: I took my loat tube out and went into a clump o trees and got out on the bank a saw alot o beds with these big bass on them so the key is to drag whatever lure right over the bed and that bass will hit most o the time. i was just amazed o how many bass i saw that were just cruiseing the bank looking or ood. So I used my big 10'inch purple worm and just draged it over a big bed than wam ish jump out o the water than oosh the bass only had the end o the tail in its mouth so the ish just riped it o. I was ishing by some guys that hooked into some nice bass in little pools not more than 4 eet deep hiding in the rocks.
