Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)
Report: I havent ished Millerton in a while, but saturday was a pretty good day. Back in SQUAW Cove, the ished moved down to seceday humps, about 15-30 t caught alot o ish o o secedary structures. Then right there at the ramp, Lake is plum ull. Right there in the green trees, caught alot o ish there. Caught a 4+ black right there. I was using a jig head throwing 6' pro worms, mostly dark colors. Fishing was really good in the morning, but slowed down in the aternoon, I would say though you're best bet would get a evening bit, like go out about 3:00.
City: FresnoTips: Most o you're ish now will be moving down to secedary humps and structures, I would go with jig heads using 6' dark worms, like pro gold or mabey even 266, like a shad color.

Water Temp: 75
Water Clarity: Stained (2-4 foot visibility)
Report: The topwater bite is inally happening! We have been getting 2 to 3 ish in the evenings on original size Spooks and bone-colored Storm Chug-Bugs - always a avorite o mine. I like - I mean the bass like - the orange bottom. A ather-son team caught a 3-4 and a 4-1 Fri. evening on the Bugs - they were excited! Look or developing weed beds anywhere in the south end. The isolated ones hold the biggest bass as the mats develop. I a lone patch or mat orms on a dropo - BINGO!! Had 3 clients during the week throwing 5" Senkos in the aternoon south o Buckingham. The our o us used 5 dierent colors - all o us caught bass to 4-2 on every color. Tule edges and the end pilings o docks had ish. Truly an amazing bait!!!Night ishing hasn't really taken o yet - only averaging 6 to 7 ish. The jig bite is pretty good, day and night. I caught a 6-10 and a 4-8 on back to back casts Fri night. The son hooked two, but lost them. I am using my usual black/chartreuse Rattlin' Weapon Jig with 6" #159 Yamamoto single tail grub. Even the catish are hitting jigs - another one o those years. I caught a 12-6 and a 6-8, and a client caught a 7-4. They are un!
City: Yuba CityTips: Lots o pressure bites still on worms and jigs. I didn't eel the 6-10 - even with Fireline. Just saw my line move. Next cast, the 4-8 jerks my arm o. Be prepared! Check out insideline.net or all the Senko ino and tips you need. It's on the let column. Good Luck!!

Sonoma Lake
-
Water Temp: around 70
Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)
Report: Tough bite today! There's too many o those darn jet ski's and water ski's buzzing around. Mostly in the main body. The only ish I caught was back up in the arms where the ish can't get spooked too much. Another big problem is people keeping bass. This lake get's a lot o ishing presure. The reason why you rarely here o people catching lunkers out o this lake is because the bass don't get a chance to get very big. The only ew bass that I did catch today were 10"-14". All on deeper diving cranks.
City: Rohnert ParkTips: I people released bass more in this lake, and gave them a chance to get big, this could turn into a good lunker bass lake. Because there are a lot o ish in this lake, but they just need a chance to grow!!!

Lafayette Lake
-
Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)
Report: I ished Laayette Reservoir rom 6:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. I caught an undersized Largemouth Bass on a popper and a 13" 1lb 1oz Largemouth Bass on a plastic worm. I also caught two Rainbow Trout on the plastic worm (I thought that was kind o odd!?!) I caught a ew more undersize bass and a bluegill. For one reason or another, the small 6" bass seem to be very aggressive (all over the lake), much more than in years past. A good sign perhaps?
City: ClaytonTips: However and whatever you ish, have patience.

Had a 3.2, a 2.8, and 4 that were all twins at 2.5lbs. They were just crushing my jigs, had many misses on the buzz bait.
